South Jungle

Board Threads Posts Last Post
No New Posts Vietnam Jungle

Vietnam Jungle is on the Southside of the Lands. The trees grow tall and rich in food. A lot of animals tread through here, so its good to hunt in. The grass and bushes are tall and long so you can hide aswell as the trees. They are high enough for you to pounce onto your prey. But at night this place is hardly the place of dreams. At night it rains and thunders. It’s nice to meet other foxes here at day time.

No New Posts Mamosca Edge

Mamosca Edge is at the end of Vietnam Jungle. A sheer drop is off the edge and two sturdy branches hang overtop. If you wished you could lie on the branch and just sleep for a while. It’s boring up here but the view is amazing. It’s not very clever to bring young ones here as it is dangerous as they could just tumble over the edge of the Edge without an adult watching.

No New Posts Yokun River

Yokun River winds away from the Vietnam Forest and out onto the plains where prey like Small Deer, Hares, Rabbits and other such Prey go. The River winds into a huge river like lake. Many animals cross this area to get to the higher grounds for when the mating season comes. The Plain has long grass and high pieces of land to watch the prey on. In some places of the river are little pieces of land which you can jump on for fun or to track your prey down on.

No New Posts Herstmonceux Castle

Herstmonceux Castle used to belong to a French king but they fled when they realized big cats patrol the Area. A bridge runs across from a cliff to the other cliff. Below you is the sea which crashes against the rocks. Grass grows long here, Ragwort, Stinging Nettles and many other Painful and killer plants. The Bricks and rocks are scattered everywhere. If you go through the village with its Cobbled road you shall arrive at the castle. The castle is still in good Condition. The doors are open and if you go through there is a carpet and a throne stands. The Pharaoh holds meetings here about the lands but you can come in at anytime to look around as the Pharaoh allow you to. Auctions for Slaves also happen here!

Egyptian Homelands

No New Posts Meskhenet City

A beautiful city in the center of the hot desert, Meskhenet City is mostly made up of limestone. The beautiful white stone shines in the sunlight, making the city appear quite clean. Somehow, as if by magic, the stones stay cold all through the day, always refreshing. The upper class foxes live here, their dens inside large houses which they call their own. A street paved with gold leads towards the Palace, and another street built out of blue gems leads towards Anubis' temple.

No New Posts The Palace

The palace, completely made out of gold, is the most beautiful building in the kingdom. Statues stand on the outside, protecting the inhabitants. The Pharoh, his mate and their pups live here, cared by many slaves who were trained to be servants. The beds are made out of the finest silk and feathers, and to even glimpse the inside is considered a treat.

No New Posts Anubis' Temple

By following the blue jem path, you can go to Anubis' Temple. The outside is made of limestone with some gold, but the inside is spectacular. All the walls are covered in sheets of black onyx, with a larger-than-life black and gold statue of the jackal God. It is important to come here when you need some spiritual support.

No New Posts Khepri Desert

Meaning "morning sun" in Egyptian, the Khepri Desert is south of the city. Here, many foxes come to hunt for desert snake and mouse, hoping to fill their bellies. A large rock farther out is a good place to meet others and watch the sun rise from the east. The flat grounds makes it easy to run across, and many Slave Catchers find it easy to nab a trespassing Grey or Red.

No New Posts Mesi Oasis

To the north of the Meskhenet City is the Mesi Oasis. Flourishing with green palm trees and a large circular blue pool of water, it's a great place to relax all day. If you're really patient, you might find catch a piece of prey as it comes for a drink.

No New Posts Hualapai Camp

In the middle of the coniferous forest is the Hualapai Camp. The tribe members have used nature to their advantage, making huts out of wood and animal fur. In the center of the circle, the floor littered with pine needles, is a fire pit. The fire has been burning as long as the group has lived there.

No New Posts Chief's Tent

At the head of the huts is the Chief's Tent. Constucted into an upside-down cone shape, the entrance is marked by a set of antlers. The ground inside has been covered by many pelts from a variation of animals. You can pick up the scent of incense in the air.

No New Posts Nokomis' Tree

A massive oak tree is to the east of the camp. Engraved on its trunk is a carving of a beautiful vixen, her eyes facing the rising sun. This is Nokomis' Tree, the worshipping place of the Hualapai.

No New Posts Birch Forest

In the forest of coniferous trees there is a circular clearing filled with nothing but birch trees. Foxes call it a miracle from their goddess, but others just think it was just pure chance. Either way, the place is quite beautiful here in autumn, when all of the leaves come tumbling down.

No New Posts Tracker's Creek

Named after the first Chieftan in the forest, Tracker's Creek runs through the entire forest. In the fall the salmon travel down its' cool waters, supplying the forest foxes with plenty of food. The water is clean and refreshing, especially on a hot summer day.

No New Posts Nunataq Cave

Nestled deep in the Anuuk Mountain is the Nunataq Cave. Through confusing passageways you reach the center of the mountain, a huge and open space. Here the mountain foxes live, the temperature warmer inside the cave than outside. Foxes live in feather and fur huts, similar to those of the forest, but made for a much colder climate. To the north is the Star Palace.

No New Posts Anuuk Mountains

The mountain is a soft slope up but gets harder. There is some rocks to keep grip but at one point there is a large field with bluebells and long grass, a favorite playing field for cubs. Prey is good up here as some mice run around and into holes which you could easily get down. It gets quite hot as you are near the sun then the temperature starts to drop again as you get closer to the top. A small path lined with sharp rocks reaches up to the top of the mountain. Eventually it curves to the top of the mountain where a small mound of rocks stands. Mother Stars and her council can hold meetings here. A couple of trees stand around this area.

No New Posts Stalactite Hollow

Stalactite Hollow is a small hole at the side of the Mountain. Large rocks from ceiling to ground are along your path. The hollow becomes bigger and amber and jade light up from cracks in the roof. At the back of the cave is a huge rock where a fox can sit. This is the training site where you come to practice fighting. The rocks around are great dummies for your practicing.

No New Posts Star Palace

Nestled deeply in the cave is the Star Palace. Although not as regal as the Pharoh's Palace, it's still quite beautiful. Crystals on the inside make it shine like stars. Mother Stars sleeps here, and you are allowed to enter when you need advice. A hole in the roof shows the stars above, as this is also the temple.

No New Posts Frigid Valley

This valley is so cold that no life really grows here, other than the small tufts of grass. Wind blows through here constantly, and little to no prey live here. However, at night the stars come out and shine their fullest. If you're lucky, you might see the Northern Lights, meaning that Keelut is coming.
